    THE Science of Bodybuilding Exercise

    Max Contraction Training awakened many of us in the bodybuilding industry to the lies and deceptions promoted as truths (such as supplements and steroid use) and explained what the actual stimulus is for gaining muscle. Advanced Max Contraction Training brings us a wealth of new research into this field, particularly the 'Nautilus North Study' chapter, which explored the actual means of determining one's optimal training frequency (proving that once a week is more than adequate). I'm always entertained by 'reviews' written by 'readers' who have not read the book they are 'reviewing' and publish them prior to the book having been released. This just speaks to Little's thesis about the nature of the industry and the little 'market wars' that seek to compete for the public's dollar. At least with Max Contraction Training we have substantiated, scientific proof -- oh, and muscle by the way (I've gained over 20 pounds of lean from Max Contraction).

    not yet released ,but still suspect

    Max Contraction has already disappointed so many users with it's lack of *actual* muscle-building, and now the 'advanced' techniques. Well, perhaps 'advanced' trainees in -this- system will gain those quick 18 lbs as promised, (because it'll be the first muscle they've put on to-date), but -actual- advanced trainees, (if they don't use drugs, and/or aren't willing to add a large amount of fat along with the muscle), will -not- gain 18 lbs of lean muscle this quickly,(or probably in -any- amount of time!). Go the meat department, and see what 18lbs of meat looks like. In real life, the very -definition- of an advanced bodybuilder is that he's aproaching his maximum muscularity. for this already disproven system to claim another 18lbs is a continuation of the bad joke that this already was.
