Purpose: The book is designed as a quick guide for practicing orthopedic surgeons who treat patients who need elbow reconstruction.
Audience: Although designed for practicing orthopedic surgeons, the book is very useful for orthopedic residents. All of the authors have significant expertise.
Features: The four sections cover elbow arthroscopy, soft tissue and sports injuries to the elbow, elbow arthroplasty, and posttraumatic reconstruction of the elbow. The book covers many current techniques and is well illustrated and well written.
Assessment: This is an excellent review of current practice in elbow surgery that is useful for practicing surgeons and residents alike.
