    Misleading title, no secrets here!

This book didn't show any "secrets from the masters". What it really contained was a few artists doing tattoos at a convention. It did have some good pictures and it has interviews with the artists and for the price it's ok. The tattoo process is layed out in a bird's eye view. Nothing earth shattering here. I'd give this a higher rating if it didn't seem like the title was trying to deliberately mislead aspiring artists. By the way, you can't learn how to tattoo from a book.

    Tattoo Art and Info

I actually bought this book as a gift for my son who is a tattoo artist.Once it arrived I thumbed through it and was amazed and inspired by the great pictures and information it had. After I gave it to him I asked if it had any useful info in it and he said it was one of the best books in his collection. He found some new techniques and ideas and some of his customers have browsed it while waiting.Lots of color photos and interviews made it interesting to read.

    bodyart

this book showed many different types and ways to get one but doesnt really show what is used in the pigments are they bad or are they good? not many books really show that. but i recommend this book if your looking for any body art or why it is used worldwide.
