Solutions discussed include impartially developing a global ethic and conducting new experiments with democracy, beginning at local levels. Solutions use only non-violent, legal, socially acceptable methods. Issues discussed include: overpopulation; decreasing fuel, water, and food; increasing disparities; weapons proliferation; corporate tyranny; destabilized international currencies; media monopolies; genocide, war, and terror.

About the Author: The primary authors are Ross J. King, P.E., and Karen R. Vandiver-King, L.P.C., L.M.F.T. Ross worked as a civil engineer for city and state government infrastructure development agencies, as well as for private consulting firms. In his recent work with a global infrastructure consulting firm, he managed and edited the work of teams of authors contributing to several procedural manuals for the Texas D.O.T. Karen worked as a psychotherapist at clinics, hospitals, and in private practice. She has also written articles for a health magazine and lectured at hospitals and universities in several countries.
