    I Also Recommend:

    Searching down the rabbit hole

I decided to read William Buhlman's book, Adventures Beyond the Body, because he was a guest speaker for an organization that I am rather familiar with. The topic of Out of Body Experiences became important to me, when I began to have unexplained vibrations, roaring and paralysis shortly before falling asleep or awakening. Even then, it was not until I picked up a random book in the library by Robert Monroe that my 'condition' suddenly had an explanation.

While I recommend Mr. Monroe's books (Journeys out of the body, Far Journeys, Ultimate Journey) to people with a sincere, and somewhat scientific, approach to the topic -- Mr. Buhlman's book was a welcome read.

Filled with many of the same insights, as Mr. Monroe, Buhlman's unique style and experiences help to take you on a further journey into the possibilities that are available within. Detailed exercises to help obtain and understand the OOB state are also topics he covers in great length.

With some many questionable authors on this topic, I believe Mr. Buhlman has done a great job in presenting the material. This book is recommended as an addition to anyones' library on this topic.

    Excelllent

I read Buhlman's book after struggling through 3 others. I happened upon it right here at this sight and am thanking god ever since. Not only is this book highly descriptive of out of body techniques, but is a great source for folks looking for an explanation of the universe in general. Buhlman only makes mention of some very big ideas. These ideas include: the nature of energy and the soul, spirit guides, thought energy, creative visualization, affirmations and creative visualization and many, many more. I highly recommend this book, it changed my life. I'm also anxiously awaiting his newest book. Some other books to read on thought energy are: Seat of the Soul and Conversations with God.

A GOOD READ, BUT RESULTS PENDING.....

I AM ALMOST THROUGH THE BOOK AND I THINK THIS IS ONE INTERESTING TOPIC. I HAVE TRIED A COUPLE OF TECHNIQUES, BUT WITH NO SUCCESS. I ALSO FOUND OUT THAT SOME OF THE TECHNIQUES WORK BETTER IF THEY ARE RECORDED AND LISTENED TO. THAT MAKES FOR MORE WORK THAN I INTENDED TO BE IN STORE FOR. OVERALL IT WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY THAT I SPENT FOR IT. I AM STILL TRYING AND GIVING IT MY ALL , AND I HOPE TO BREAK THROUGH, UNTIL I DO, MY RATING STAYS AT 3 STARS.
