    Great book!

Adventures of Harold & his friends is a fun book with four stories: the Giant garden, Animals, Animals, Animals, The birthday present and Harold finds a friend.
My six year old son read this book several times. He enjoyed the stories which contain subtle humor, simple yet engaging illustrations and an entertaining story line.
He especially liked the Giant garden where Harold became frightened by the flowers, but managed to escape by jumping from leaf to leaf.
The reading level may be fairly challenging for the less advanced reader. The book provides a good opportunity for building vocabulary.

    I Also Recommend:

6 year old daughter read in one sitting.

Bought this from store 45 minutes from home and our 6 year old daughter in first grade had the whole book read before we got home. Struggled with only a few words. Absolutely loved the book and the fact that there was more than one story was great for her and great for the pocket book as well! She really loves to read thanks to books/collections such as this.
Being a hardcover it will stay in our collection for years to come.
