Must Read Bible on Affiliate Program Management

Practical advice for newbies and veterans alike - absolutely a MUST READ BOOK for anyone in this industry.

FOR NEWBIES: this book will guide you through every aspect of affiliate program management step by step; from initial research to deployment, promotion and fraud prevention. Pay special attention to Chapter 9 (Week 3: Research and Develop Program Policies) within this book which in my opinion is the foundation of running a successful AM program.

FOR EVERYONE-ELSE: if you don't understand the implications of u.r.l hijacking, typo.squatting, pseudocoup0ning, cookie stuffing, trademarks/brand name bidding in P.P.C, search campaign direct linking - you should buy this book. If these practices are employed by some "unauthorized" affiliates, things can get very costly very fast without adding much value. As noted in in the case study "Due Diligence Prevents Damage" - do yourself a favor and make sure you know how your products/services are being promoted. Further recommended reading: "A Practical Guide to Affiliate Marketing"- imagine a 1v1 consulting session with the author where he answers all of you affiliate marketing related questions.

    Happy affiliate program managing,
