I have done a lot of patterns out of this book. All of the afghans are very pretty and they cover all skill levels. I would recommend this book to any one who loves crocheting afghans and wants a wider variety of patterns.

NICE SELECTION OF DESIGNS: 52 Crochet afghan patterns of which 1/2 are probably for an Intermediate crocheter in my opinion and the other 1/2 a little easier. The designs include Patchwork, Diamonds, American flags, Shells, Granny Squares, Angels, Stripes, Ripple, Southwest Indian style, and more. I haven't yet made one from this book but am looking forward to working one or more eventually. It was nice to see many afghans with different style borders rather than fringe. An interesting design I have not seen before was called "Snow on the Pines". I liked a good number of the designs personally.

I have had this book for many years. I have made and remade afgans from it. I love this book.

The how to instructions are great and I love the diversity of the afghan styles and patterns. I have made several in colorways that weren't in the book, and every time they still come out amazing.

I had a copy of this book and gave it to a friend. 4 other friends have it also and I am purchasing 2 more copies... one to keep and to give away. This is the ultimate collection of afghan patterns.

This is another one of those great books for both beginners and experts alike. There are a lot of interesting ideas, good variety and patterns for every skill level. The 'Patchwork of Petals' design is lovely and efficient. It is a wonderful way to use up all of that scrap yarn that most folks manage to accumlate.
