It is more than a cookbook, it is an experience!

I was overwhelmed by the quality and layout of this cookbook. I was inspired to be a better cook, and moved to be a better person. I never expected so much from a cookbook. The recipes are exceptionally easy to use, and follow. I loved the stories of the author's mother in the beginning of each chapter. I especially loved the glimse into the personal struggles of the contributors of the book. The tribute to God was very impressive. Cooking became an adventure and an education...This is a must have on the shelf or to give as a gift. The cover and artwork and photo's in the book are an added bonus to the overall experience.
