The concept in this book explains in a lay man’s language how you can reduce your cooking fuel bill by 60%-70%. The kit is suitable for cooking practically all Third World dishes, where environmental conservation is needed the most.

It's just a lousy, badly written idea about trying to use the greenhouse effect to cook and how you could save. It talks about the costs of fuel and trees and such. It doesn't describe actually making a kit or actually constructing anything you could attempt to cook with like a solar oven or anything.
