    Beginning to live again

I found this book quite by accident and what a gem it was. After the suicide of my brother, I thought there was no resolution to the hurt and confusion. He never displayed the 'normal' tendencies of depression or mental anguish. This book addressed both that and how differently the grieving process can be for such a sudden death. It also discusses the stigmatisms that sometimes go with suicides like very few leave people actually leave notes and the religious views. It was enlightening and truely gave healing to me.
