Meet the Author

I began writing this series in 2009 because I wanted to explore how environmental collapse can help create a corrupt society. And while most of my books explore collapsed societies and are classified as speculative fiction, science fiction and dystopian fiction, I take more than a bird's eye view of societal madness. Instead of keeping a distance, my stories take an intimate look at the relationships between individuals living in these societies. How does the individual and family respond to environmental collapse, economic collapse, oppression and other nastiness created by unbelievably rotten cultures? Come with me to find out...

After the Darkness: Episode Three by SunHi Mistwalker is still promising to be a good serial.

Nadia manages to escape from the hostel when she was forced to live.  During her escape, she joins with a group of tunnel rats to agree to take her to section 3, but they are attacked by another group who are carrying fliers with Nadia’s face and a reward for her return.  The tunnel rats blame Nadia for the death of their comrades and put her on trial for murder.

After the Darkness: Episode Three continues slowly, but I am still looking forward to the other installments.  It is too soon to make a recommendation.

This is a chapter out of a series and it is wonderfully written.  It is a slower paced read but you drawn in from the beginning.  I can't wait to read more from this series and author.

    Addicting Serial Story

This is the continuing story of Nadia and pursuit to be reunited with her sister. Nadia finds an ally in her continued search. The hunter that caught her is now getting himself in deeper then he can handle. I can’t really say anything else without spoiling anything. All the shorts have a quick pace and end in the cliffhanger that makes you come back for the next one. I signed up for her newsletter since I’ve read them all and can better track the release of the next ones. I’m pretty hooked and they are an easy short read.
