I love supernatural, horror and urban fantasy books and read all that I can find. This is one of the best I have ever read and I read at least 10 books or more a week. Ms Navarro is an exceptional author and her urban fantasy series is very good as well. This book keeps you on the edge of your seat from the very beginning and never lets up. The apocolyptic plot line just added to the vampires. I highly recommend this book as well as her others.
This Vampire scenario is believable. It was fascinating and apocalyptic without being too dark. It was an enjoyable read and I highly recommend it to all the Vampire lovers out there.
I've read vampire novels all my life. From Ann Rice to Brian Lumley, I've enjoyed the blood sucking creatures. Afterage is the best of them all. There is so much I want to say about this book, I don't know. My favorite line in the entire book comes when a man finds his lover dead and Vampirific and he says something like, '...and I buried her in the sun.' Truly an excellent Book. Also try books like
