Overview

Get an All-Access Pass to the Other Side

For decades—on television, in consultations, and in packed auditoriums across the country— renowned psychic Sylvia Browne has been asked one question again and again: "What is my favorite celebrity doing on the Other Side?" Now, for the first time, you can follow the red carpet into the heart of the spirit world. Browne reveals intimate details of how some of our most cherished actors, musicians, and public figures have fared since their deaths, giving us one more glimpse into the personalities we loved and lost. Both moving and rollicking, this is one book that's truly impossible to put down!

Afterlives of the Rich and Famous features intimate afterlife accounts of Princess Diana, John Lennon, Heath Ledger, Marilyn Monroe, and other charismatic celebrities. By channeling her longtime spirit guide, Francine, Browne gained unrestricted access to a dimension most of us can only imagine, one in which telepathic communication is the norm and everyone occupies their healthy, thirty-year-old beautiful body. In candid reports, these stars reveal fascinating details about their new lives and the work they're doing on the Other Side, many even sharing whether and where they intend to reincarnate.

With accounts written entirely in a trance state, Afterlives of the Rich and Famous offers an unprecedented look at life on the Other Side. You'll find detailed descriptions as Browne brings the spirit world vividly to life and explains how we get there, from what transpires at the moment of death to the extraordinary welcome spirits receive. Afterlives of the Rich and Famous is a book that no one else could have written and a must-read for every fan of this extraordinary assembly of celebrities.

Editorial Reviews

do not waste your time or money unless you read it as fiction

I read several chapters and she can not even get her research accurate. "Francine" spoke through her stating that Rock Hudson when he passed was met by Roddy Mcdowell (question spelling of last name) and Marlon Brando and both these actors were still living when Rock Hudson died. Roddy died in 1998 and Marlon in 2004. Shame on me for buying her book!!!!!!

    So full of great stories!

I skipped past the first part of the book because it was recapping info I had read in her other books. But once it got into the celebrity stories I was completely hooked! First she gives a brief overview of the celebrity's life. Then Francine tells us what they are up to now. Whether it is true or not, it was totally riveting. I read it all in one day and told a few friends some of the stories. I am sure I will be reading it again.

This was a fascinating read. I certainly hope that Sylvia Browne follows up with a sequal.

    Phoney Baloney

Her perfect prediction percentages are pitiful and if you read this as gospel consider yourself gullible! If you read it as pure fictional stories enjoy! Sylvia she was positive Al Gore would WIN!!!

    Kinda makes you think.....

First of all, I love Sylvia Browne. I also love biographies. With that being said, this book to me was a perfect combination of everything I liked! Not only did Sylvia explain the "way it is" when on the other side, she gave a good bit of history on each "Rich & Famous" person, and Francine (her spirit guide) had translated what has happened to the person when they arrived in their afterlife.

This book was amusing whether or not you believe in an afterlife or not, so it was entertaining just the same. I may just re-read this again sometime in the future.

Alot of what Sylvia says I find makes sense!

I have read this book in paper, an I couldn't put it down, like many have said about Sylvia's stories. I totally believe in what she says because I have personally have had many of those experiences.

    more from this reviewer

Fascinating and wanted it to continue

I have long been interested in the metaphysical and just what exactly some deceased celebrities would have to say about their time on this planet and the lives that they led. This book was very interesting and whether you believe it or not gives a unique perspective on the continuing journey of these souls thatt we call "celebrity." Not only that but each celebrity is given a thorough, abbreviated biography to fully do their life justice and then moving on to their afterlife as well. Definately another jewel in the crown of Browne's books.

    Could not put it down

This was an amazing book. Definitely the best book I have read in a long time and a great detailed confirmation of what I have believed for a long long time. I can't wait to read it again and all her other books.
