Meet the Author

Hey, I'm Emily! I've been writing since I was young. I wrote mostly fiction, but I've posted some nonfiction here, as well. I love it, it's so fun.

I grew up in Colorado, in Littleton, Loveland, and Fort Collins. I've moved around a lot, though, I can't stay too long in one place. I've traveled to South Africa, Zambia, the Marshall Islands, France, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy. My husband and I do a lot of traveling, and we plan to revisit Europe in the future.

We live in Salem, Oregon right now with our two cats. I read, write, cook, try to make money from home. My chicken enchiladas are awesome.

Hope you enjoy the writing!

I couldn't describe my relationship with God in a better way. This was absolutely stunning. Well put. Proud to have such a devoted Christian sister in my family. In a short work you managed to capture so many aspects of God. But of course there is always more. :) Amazing testimony.

this is exactly what we all need to hear when we are feeling down, thank you for this beautiful and timelessly true message.

With all the watery modern Christian stuff out there on the market today, Agape is an awesome, short, sweet look at a relationship with God. To call this "refreshing" is an understatement! Fabulous.

The grammar was wonderful, flow smooth, and the content very biblically sound. It was personal, but very profound :)

This novel was about what God is all about in the world. The person said thank you for what God gave this person. The next person grew up a Christian home and learned about the bible stories. The third part of this story was about love. He loved everyone around him and others too. The next part of this novel was about a family surroundings.Family fights and hurt each other and leave them alone in life. I enjoyed this novel. ShelleyMA

This is a nice short read, something one could read as part of their daily Bible study/devotions/meditation. It is written specifically for young adults, but the message resonates even with older people. If you find yourself struggling, feeling confused on life's path, or alone, this booklet is an excellent pick-me-up. It reminds us that even in our lowest or weakest times, God loves us and accepts us as we are unconditionally. He does not want us to be perfect or act fake. He loves us as we are and sees the good in us that can be. I feel certain that this testimony will help those who are having particularly rough times: The forgotten, the lost, the hopeless, and the rejected. Hopefully the text gives people hope and strength to hold on and perservere, even through their darkest hours.
