Arloni Baís Junior, nascido no Rio de Janeiro em maio de 1972, tem como paixões artes em geral, fotografia, música etc. Sempre gostou de criar e contar suas próprias estórias. Extremamente observador, possui uma visão bem crítica do mundo. Ao absorver de cada lugar que passou sua gente e cultura, acabou por aumentar sua visão sobre o ser humano. Curioso por natureza e com espírito pesquisador, procura sempre estudar bem um assunto antes de poder discorrer sobre ele a fim de lhe dar o máximo de veracidade possível. Com um gosto particular para conversar, ouvir e analisar pessoas, ele verifica, como ele mesmo gosta de dizer, “a pessoa por trás da pessoa”, ou seja, ele tenta ver o quanto ela é verdadeira e que máscaras ela possa estar usando ao interagir com outras. Tudo isso lhe ajuda a criar personagens – análise, interação, observação. Apesar de ser formado em Bacharel em Ciências da Computação em 1993, é escritor amador e eterno amante de uma boa leitura.
Arlon Bais Junior was born in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, on May 1972 and has as hobbies arts in general, photography, music etc.. He always liked to create and tell his own stories.Extremaly observer, he has a very critical point of view of the world. By absorbing from each place he had been its people and culture, he increased his own perception about the human being. Being naturaly curious and having a researcher skill, he always studies a subject before talking about it in order to give to the story the maximum possible accuracy. With a particular gift to talk, listen and analyze people, he discovers, as he likes to say, "the person behind the person", ie, he tries to see if a person is trustable or is "wearing masks" to interact with others. All of this helps him to create characters - analysis, interaction, observation. Despite a degree in Bachelor of Computer Science in 1993, he is an amateur writer and eternal lover of a good reading.
