As a writer and teacher of Aikijutsu, I found Homma Shihan's book to be one of the best attempts to accurately describe the essence of aiki. I require all my students to read it. Homma Shihan's thought and attitudes are very true to the spirit of the modern samurai. I think this book is a must for those who study Aikido and Aikijutsu.
