Meet the Author

Elizabeth Harac has been doing crochet since she was 8 and even as a child was designing her own patterns. In January 2010 she founded the charity Hands of Hope Needlework with the idea that through crocheting, knitting and embroidery she could work with established charitable organizations to make a difference in the lives of children in need. Elizabeth has a BA in theology from Pensacola Christian College and a MLIS from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She lives with her husband and her two very spoiled cats.
