    It sounds crazy...but makes sense!

Everyone jokes about airline food. Who'd want a diet patterned after it? The answer is: Almost everyone! Seasoned business traveler Susan Delgado developed the 'Airline Food Diet" after spending countless hours in the air, and observing the way that passengers and flight crews eat and drink. The result is an amazingly simple, easy to follow diet that makes sense and takes the pounds fly off! Loved this book!
