There are descriptions and photographs of 18 yoga positions to perform sitting in an airplane seat and 6 yoga positions to perform standing up. Each of the 24 yoga positions has step-by-step written instructions and at least one graphic illustration demonstrating the pose.

Meet the Author

Michael Huffman is both a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and a CPA (Certified Public Accountant). He spent over 20 years working in an office cubicle in �Corporate America� at companies like Coinstar-Redbox, Intel, Microsoft, Deloitte, H.J. Heinz and Kroger. Early in his accounting career he recognized that working at a desk shortens hamstrings, tightens shoulders and worsens posture.

Since leaving the corporate world in 2011, he�s been on a mission is to create resources for: travelers, �road warrior� business travelers and those who spend their workday in front of a computer and to provide them with Zen-like instructions on how to incorporate basic yoga poses & techniques into their daily routine whether in an office or on the road.

Michael produces instructional materials focused on yoga poses that can be done in the office, on an airplane, in a hotel room or at home. He blogs about funny travel stories that happened to and around him during his 20 + years at
