About the Author

Using the methods described in this book, Paul Trammell has been sober since 2015. Since getting sober, he committed to his dream, and now lives and writes aboard his sailboat Windflower, usually somewhere in the Caribbean. As of June, 2024, he has written two books about alcoholism, five sailing nonfictions, and three novels. He also writes short stories and poetry, and publishes them on his Substack newsletter. He is also the host of the podcasts "Offshore Sailing and Cruising with Paul Trammell," and "Dream Chasers and Eccentrics." When not writing or podcasting, he can be found in the water surfing or spearfishing, hiking in the jungle, or reading a book.
