Overview

A high quality action-packed science fiction horror classic novel, of explorers encountering a mind-bending ancient alien artifact from beyond space and time!
An entity/transcendent in an alien artifact from beyond space and time crashes into the Earth, and explorers uncover it after it has been buried away for millions of years beneath a sea cliff, with the voyager waiting to be revived.
Weird creatures, hideous shapes, monsters from the depths of time with organs and abilities never seen before are uncovered by archeologists from rock that has encrusted them for millions of years.
They are trapped in modes of activities in a form like rock, but unbreakable, with a strange energy running through them (which they were instantaneously ensnared in on the alien artifact in suspended animation before its crash).
In its dark confines the explorers discover the entity/transcendent, dormant and in suspended animation, with more hideous characteristics than anything they have ever encountered.
It begins at the end of the 21st century with explorers scanning and mapping the surface of the world with a new underground surveillance technology, developed by scientists for the military.
The underground scan, used from an airplane, has an accuracy beyond anything achieved, and uncovers a perfectly preserved dinosaur beneath a sea cliff.
Only what they think is an unknown species of dinosaur, perfectly preserved by an unidentified means, is one of many alien species captured and placed in suspended animation on the alien artifact before it crashed there, millions years ago.
All the creatures are found buried away in rock, and they cannot detach them and they can only remove the entire area beneath them, and alien artifact there.
The alien artifact has a small black flying saucer shape, but with its force field on, and with the rock encrusting it, it resembles a block of black stone, and they take it away on a ship, and place it in a museum – and they only start to determine that it is far more than they thought possible when the mechanism to open the entrance is unwittingly activated, and a small hole that mysteriously appears in it reveals that it is a form of alien artifact.
They find the voyager inside – waiting to be revived – in suspended animation.
A silver sphere in it gives out telepathic visions of the records of its voyage. It produces visions from beyond the galaxy stars. A map of the universe shows them the course that it took. It starts at a place at the center of the universe, which it refers to as the center of space.
Another silver sphere gives them some telepathic control of it, and they learn many of its functions, including that it has artificial intelligence.
A vital control is damaged, sending it hurtling into space, and it plunges into the stars with them trapped aboard, trying to repair it.
They are imprisoned and have escalating encounters with mind-bending wonders.
In the depths of the universe they encounter weird life forms and entities, including one with the dimensions of a small galaxy – floating in a deep void – formed from masses of energy, left behind from the big bang.
It travels endlessly on to a gateway at the center of space – where it voyages beyond space and time – to where it came from.
The small voyager takes the explorers through new mind-bending universes, universe after universe, as it accelerates beyond anything experienced before, with them endeavoring to flee, with no knowledge of where it is going or if they will survive.
Their only way to survive and escape its confines is the use of a matter transporter, created by the awakened entity/transcendent, which has a peculiar and deplorable ability of entering them into universes and put them on mind-bending destinations.

    A 21st Century Sci-Fi Adventure Classic!

A fabulous book that incorporates the profound ideas of whether scientists and archaeologists could really discover an ancient alien artifact from what and what evidence may actually exist. Could they detect and realize that an object millions of years old, buried in stone, looking like a mere block of black stone, even with a perfect shape, was an artifact from beyond the stars? Would they determine anything of that nature from what little details they would get? The story is given from the point of view of normal archaeologists, who have no idea of what is going on. They only realize that it is actually something when they finally enter its confines, and see the interior of the alien artifact.

I usually don't get freebies unless very highly rated. The few reviews for this
one all gave it the top rating. I have a feeling they were bogus reviews
because this was one of the worst books I have ever opened. I couldn't
finish it 1) because the writing was barely understandable English
    2) There was little or no continuity from one paragraph to the next.
They say you get what you pay for, and you certainly get that in this free book.

I gave it one star only because I couldn't give it any less.

    Aweful translation

This must have been written in another language and translated by computer. The many word for word stilted and gramatically clunky sentences make this almost unreadable. Dont waste your time like I did.
