Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Amy McMillan
The underwear stealing critters from Aliens Love Underpants are back but this time instead of taking they are giving away underwear in honor of Christmas. After packaging up all of their spoils in their spaceships, they zoom off across the galaxy and head to the North Pole to give Santa a hand. First they read the letters from all the boys and girls, adding in knickers and bloomers to all of the gifts and then proceed to dress up the reindeer and elves. When Santa's sleigh breaks down, they are quick to lend him their spaceship and help with his deliveries. They replace stockings with undies and decorate the trees with festive briefs before returning to their home planet. Though it probably will not prove to be a story adults will relish reading again and again, the playful rhyming text, bright colors, and cheerful alien creatures (along with many mentions and pictures of underwear, of course) will have children giggling, guaranteed.
