I received this book for a fair and honest review.
I loved this book, it was like two stories in one. You have the story of Hope and how she kidnapped a child to protect her from an abuser. You also have a love story between Hope and Brennan.
Hope and Brennan have been friends for a very long time. Things didn't always work out for them romantically. That didn't mean that they didn't have feelings for each other all this time though.
This was a great fast paced book. I highly enjoyed it. I wonder if I'd have the strength and courage to do what Hope did just to protect a child. I can only imagine all the different feelings she was going through at the time.

Hope has been mentoring a prostitute who is turning her life around. This prostitute has a baby girl, Michelle, and when she is arrested and sent to jail for manslaughter begs Hope to save her baby from her molesting father. Hope then kidnaps Michelle and goes on the run.
At a convenience store Hope runs into the love of her life, Brennan. He has never felt the same for Hope, but yet promises to help her and keep Michelle safe. She knows that she cannot truly rely on Brennan since he has never stuck by her in the past. As they spend more time together the sparks begin to fly and the feelings begin to come back.
Everything about this book called to me. The beautiful cover, the amazing story, I knew I could not pass on the opportunity to read this book. I did struggle with the idea of kidnapping, but somehow knew it was the only way Michelle would be safe from a horrible life of molestation. It was hard to be okay with it, but as the story continued on and I learned more and more about Hope I could see that she did it as only an amazing person could do. Hope is a person that would truly go out on a limb and help anyone, stranger or friend, in their time of need, even when it means putting her own life on hold.
When Brennan came into the picture I knew I would love him. He tracked Hope down and did not let her go her own way, even as Hope protested that she did not need help. He ended up being the rock and support that every woman needs, much less a woman on the run from her whole life. He never gave up on Hope and Michelle, nor did he let his feelings get in the way of what was best for his “ladies.”
This story is amazing. There is suspense, romance, and true love (both as mother/father to child and as man and woman.) I have to recommend this to anyone who loves a great story. I know that I am going to be keeping an eye open for more great works from Olivia Hardin and be checking out her previous work.

I received a free copy of this novel in exchange for my honest review. Hope Sheffield has been burned by the system before. So when a woman she had been counseling and befriended, asks for her assistance. Hope promises to do whatever it takes to keep her baby safe. Brennan Rawley is a childhood friend and boyfriend that Hope has had a love/hate, love/like, love but I can’t watch you destroy yourself, relationship. He’s become a successful businessman and now he’s determined to help her keep the baby safe. Will he finally give in to his attraction to Hope and allow himself to fall in love? Or is her current situation more than he can bear?
As you all know, I’m a huge fan of Olivia Hardin. So, when the opportunity arose to review her latest novel, “All For Hope”, I jumped at the chance. Usually, Olivia’s novels have been paranormal romance. This time I was happily surprised with a contemporary romance. Although it was a romance, it really focused on the kidnapping first and foremost. I love romance novels like this one where there’s an actually story running parallel to the budding romance. This book was beautifully written with characters you will fall in love with. Olivia Hardin has done it again, another hard to put down five heart novel!

This is a great read…just perfect for a summer day at the beach. It opens with Hope meeting secretly with a friend and you don’t know quite what she is up to, but you soon find out. The author brings you on an adventure and the pace keeps you reading until you see what happens. She is on the run with a baby and an old flame ends up joining forces with her.
I love a romance and especially when the heroine finally gets the man of her dreams. One of the aspects I enjoyed was the notion of second chances. She really believes in the good in people and is able to trust them even after being hurt. Bren has to prove he is worthy of it though. She doesn’t just take him back.
Hope was a character who made me want to be a better person. She was so selfless in sacrificing everything to help someone else. I honestly don’t know if I could have done what she did, although I wish I could. Bren also takes a chance in helping her…at first because he thinks he owes her for his actions in the past, but eventually he comes to discover it’s more than that. I loved that he was on a journey too, to figure out who he should be and how to be happy.
The characters are well-developed and I really liked most of them. Of course, I did not like the bad guy. The author paints a pretty vivid picture of him and when Hope sees him face to face, I felt contempt for him. The varied cast of characters shows flaws, loyalty, and faith…just like real life.
Another part I really loved was the strong sense of family and what that really means. To be part of a family is a very important aspect of this book and in part, a reason that shows Bren where he should be and wants to be.
This is a well-paced book that will keep you reading until the very last chapter and rooting for Hope. I highly recommend it and a nice chilled pinot grigio goes along well with it. That is one of my favorite summer drinks and this is perfect for it!

All for Hope begins reading more like a mystery than a romance novel which I found interesting and unique. Though the passage of time moves quickly, the scenes are well developed and held my interest. I have a bit of trouble connecting with a heroine who is a saint, but the story is great and definitely worth the read. It’s heartwarming and cozy and has a very special baby at the heart of it all. I think Hope should have been the baby’s name. My favorite thing about this book: Lost love, a rekindled flame, true love realized. I loved the hero’s struggle with the relationship and the little tidbits about her dreams and how she told her mother she wanted to marry him one day. Sweet and well placed. Great read if you’re looking for a cozy romance! Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

I have loved every book by Olivia Hardin that I have read. This story is different from the others that I have read being that it is contemporary romance instead of paranormal romance. Losing the aspect of the paranormal certainly did not pose as a challenge for her though. She created a scenario that is very possible in the world that we live in and draws the reader into the story. You develop a connection with Hope where you find yourself hoping for her to find a way to keep the baby she steals and to settle down into a real life. The reason that Hope is in this situation is that the people who were awarded custody of the baby had shady past. The baby's real mother begged Hope to get her child away from her parents, whom she claimed her father had done things to her as a child that I will not repeat. Hope promises and is obligated to take matters into her own hands instead of waiting years for the courts to reverse their decision on custody. She kidnaps the baby and fakes their deaths. The problem comes when an ex-boyfriend, Brennan, sees her, recognizes her, and digs into what is going on with her. Brennan, however, takes it upon himself to get involved by helping Hope escape the authorities. In the process, he falls in love. I thoroughly enjoyed this story.
