Meet the Author

Kelsey Maxwell lives in a land of books. She is book pusher by day, a vicarious reader and writer by night. She lives on a retired dairy farm with her husband, daughter and their ever growing menagerie of animals. Today's cast of characters include a handful of chickens and a couple of beef cows that are totally organic and grass fed except for the occasional crumb cake. There is talk of a llama and sheep come spring.

A former yarn store employee, Kelsey has used her experiences and passion for romance to weave piquant, heart-warming, contemporary tales of love in the modern world, with a couple of yarn-overs for good measure.

    Disappointed

I was so excited to read this b/c it had a 5 star review and sounded like my kind of book. It was all of 50 pages... and there was nothing to get excited about.. I wasn't able to get to know the characters and over all just disappointed.
