    Great Addition to the Series

This book was really fun to read! I dont even remember how I found it, But im sure glad I did! I recommend this whole series to anyone who likes fantasy, mystery, adventure, and romance. This book is ALL about Kara. Just how she likes it but she may not like it as much as she thinks...

    Fun

My 9 year old cousin was reading this and found it to be very fun and engaging. She had already read the first one and raved about it and was dying to get this second one.

    A great book!

This is a great series. In every book the plot catches you , and drags you in. Everything is described well, so you can see everything in your head.It is very absorbing, taking you into the story itself. It teaches great lessons. It would do good in a classroom, but not too young, because some parts of the books are a bit much for, say, second and first graders. But all in all, a great book!

    It was okay

My least favourtie of the avalon series. I dunno the plot was a bit...predictable for my tastes. Kara to me is an intresting character but definately not one of my favourites. However she does have the most character devolopment. All's fairy in love and war is way much better! Anyhow a good book if Kara is your thing, if not then this may not be worth the read.

    Okay, but not the best

In book 2 of the Avalon series, Kara finds her own gem. She loves it, but she can't controll the magic very well. Lyra, the golden winged leopard, bonds with Kara. But not everything's all good and happy in Stonehill. Banshees are following Kara. The Dark Sorcoress is plotting. And Kara's friends are bummed. Kara's spending too much time at the preserve; They want her back! When they finally have a what would sound like a normal day with the girls, dragonflies start appearing to annoy Kara! Rachel Roberts wrote book 2 fairly well, other than the fact that Kara seems more like a Mary-Sue than in any of the books. The ending is fairly good, and it holds information that are nessacairy to read the following books.

    All That Glitters

This book is even better than the first one! I loved it! It's mostly about Kara, the popular, pink lover. It shows a different side to her, a side Emily and Adriane didn't know!
