All That Time

Ted McBride is a 55-year-old man tormented by his past. As an intelligent, bookish youth in a mean little Pennsylvania railroad town, he was bullied relentlessly. He was left with little self-esteem that has carried forth to his future. Despite his success as a Penn State University computer sciences professor, a talent for music, and proficiency as a kick-boxer, Ted still lacks self confidence and wishes he could go back to his youth, knowing then what he knows now, and do it all over again. A friend and fellow professor is working on a hush-hush time travel project. He offers Ted the chance to do what he has always wanted to do . . . go back 40 years to his adolescence. He accepts the challenge and his adult thoughts are inserted into the mind of his 15-year-old self. Once there, Ted is able to apply experience and maturity into his life. In the process of healing himself, Ted is able to help several people from his past to put themselves on the right track, as well.
