    I Also Recommend:

Helped me deal with food allergies

I was recently tested for food allergies, and I just didn't know how to cope with this new diagnosis. I knew my GERD and IBS had to have causes, not just symptoms, and the diets recommended for those just didn't do the job. I bought this book on a whim, and am very glad I did so. I am no cook, and I'm not fond of cookbooks, but I read this one cover to cover. The author does a great job of explaining allergies, food families (I didn't know sugar cane was related to wheat!), and even went into great detail about different grains and what they're good for. I understand the Rotary Diet I was given by my holistic physician much better, and I know it's something I can live with. I am very grateful to the author for writing this book.
