About the Author

Originally from Vermont, Ann Snizek now lives in Virginia with her family. Her childhood was spent moving around a lot (non-military). As a home-schooling family, Ann and her husband try to nurture the love of books in their children and now their grandchildren -- always encouraging their imaginations. An active participant in her community literacy programs, Ann facilitates a creative writing club, volunteers as a ProLiteracy certified tutor, serves on the Marketing Committee and as an Advisory Board member at the Adult Learning Center.
