موجز حول الكتاب
يعتبر كتاب العلم والدين لمؤلفه "خلدون الشَلَق" كتاباً جريئا في تناوله مواضيع هامة تشغل أفكار الكثير من الناس. وذلك بأسلوب جديد يختلف من حيث الشكل والمضمون أسلوب الكتب التقليدية المعروفة في مكتبتنا العربية.
الكتاب يطرح أفكار ثورية جديدة حول مفهوم الحقيقة والوجود والخلق وحول فكرة الله. يشرح الكتاب أيضا مفهوم الإيمان ومدى علاقته في إنتاج المعرفة.
يستخدم الكتاب النظريات العلمية والفيزيائية لتفسير مفاهيم وأفكار طالما احتكرتها الأديان واعتبرت نفسها صاحبة الوصاية عليها.
كما يبين الكتاب مدى قدرة العلم والفكر العلمي وإتباع النهج العلمي على تحرير أفكارنا ويعطينا القدرة على اكتشاف أفكار ومفاهيم جديدة قد تكون غريبة تماماً ولكنها تحمل بذور التقدم والرقي.
كتاب أنصح به الجميع وأرجو أن يحقق الغاية التي أسعى إليها في ترسيخ الفكر والنهج العلمي في مجتمعاتنا العربية.

Summary about the book
The book of Science and Religion by " Khaldoun Al shalak " is a bold book in dealing with important topics that occupy a lot of people's ideas, and that by a new style is different in terms of form and content, from traditional books that exist in our Arabic library .
The book presents revolutionary new ideas about the concept of the truth of existence and creation , and about the idea of creator . The book also explains the concept of faith and the extent of its relationship in production of knowledge .
The book uses scientific theories and physical theories to interpretation the concepts and ideas, as long as the religions monopolized this concepts and ideas and considered itself the owner of guardianship .
The book also shows ability of science and scientific thought and follow the Scientific method, to liberate our thoughts and gives us the ability to explore new ideas and concepts may be completely alien but carry the seeds of progress and prosperity .
Book I recommend it to everyone and I hope to achieve the purpose for which I am trying to fixation the thought and scientific method in our Arab societies .

خلدون الشلق إجازة في العلوم الرياضية والفيزيائية. خريج جامعة دمشق، عملت في تدريس الرياضيات والفيزياء اعمل الآن ضمن مشروع يعرف باسم "السلسلة العلمية المتميزة".
احاول من خلال هذه السلسلة ترسيخ الثقافة العلمية في مجتمعنا العربي، خاصة عند الناشئة من الشبان. تتالف السلسلة العلمية من مجموعة من الكتب ، علم الفلك، الفيزياء، الرياضيات، ....

أحاول من خلال أعمالي طرح فكرة توحيد رؤية العالم، العلم والفكر العلمي سيجعل منا اصحاب رؤية مشتركة.

أعمل منذ فترة على تحرير فكرة الله وإطلاقها خارج الأديان. هذه الأديان التي طالما احتكرت فكرة الله وسخرتها لأهداف ورؤى خاصة حيث فشلت فشلا ذريعا في احداث التقارب وزرع المحبة بين شعوب الأرض.

Khaldoun Al Shalak, degree in sciences of mathematics and physics . Graduate of Damascus University , worked in the teaching of mathematics and physics . I work now in a project known as the " The Special scientific series."

I'm trying through this series instill the scientific culture in our Arab society , especially at emerging from the young. The Series consists of a set of scientific books , astronomy , physics , mathematics , ....

I'm trying out of my works offering the idea of unifying vision of the world , science and scientific thought would make us the owners of a shared vision .

I've been working from time on the liberalization and launched God idea outside religions. These religions that have long monopolized the idea of God and tame it for its objectives and its especial visions , where failed miserably in bringing about convergence and the laying of love among the peoples of the earth .
