Katie Kazoo is phenominal. I read her books growing up

Katie Kazoo is phenominal. I read her books growing up and I read them still. I can still remember the days when I was curled up on the couch with a tremendous tummyache. I would pick one of Nancy Krulik's Katie Kazoo, Switcheroo books and whisk away to her school, her house, or wherever the magic wind was taking her next. I would read cover to cover then put the book down to find the tummyache went away. I have always found myself switcherooing into one of Katie's friends. I pick up a book after lunch and read, then when i finish, its the last bell! Katie is a truly kind and gifted girl. She and the magic wind get lots of people in trouble, then she is kind enough to help them even though they have no clue that Katie did it. Sure enough, smart, bright Katie Carew always solves the problem. Her adorable dog, Pepper, is my favorite character. He's a bit clumsy, but almost always happy. I know Katie is an influence for many people young and old. There is no certain age you should be to read these great books. If you really want some good books, Katie Kazoo is the girl for you! It tells how she got her nickname, and how the magic wind came in the first book. Nancy sure has a good sense of humor too, because I have read some parts in the book where I have ended up gasping for air because I was laughing so hard. It gives decent advise about fights, but I always get sad when I see Suzanne is being mean to Katie again. But just the same, Katie comes up with a way to stop the fighting. Nancy Krulik is a wonderfully talented author and I hope she has put an inspiration in Katie that everyone who reads this. This is amazing! Keep up the good work, Nancy Krulik! ~5th Grade Reviewer
