Overview

Seventeen-year-old Brooklyn Hall has had her eye on uber sexy tattoo artist, Six Jagger, for a while. There’s only one problem—she’s pretty sure he doesn’t even know she exists. A friend of her older brother, Six is five years older than her. Plus, there’s the pesky fact that he’s had a steady girlfriend for months. Still, even though she knows there’s no chance for her, she can’t seem to let the fantasy go.

Six Jagger has had a thing for Brooklyn Hall since the first time he laid eyes on her a year ago. However, after finding out her age, he wiped her off his list of possibilities. That should’ve been the end of it, but for some reason, he can’t stop watching and admiring her from afar. Happy that he’s successfully maintained his distance, all that changes on the night Brooklyn walks into Inked Edges, asking him for an illegal tattoo. After that, all his carefully constructed barriers come tumbling down, taking them on an explosive ride of lust, passion, and desire.

All’s well that ends well, right? Too bad that wasn’t the end, but merely the beginning…

Meet the Author

Lacey Weatherford was born in Ft. Meade Maryland while her father was serving in the military. She has been a life long resident of Arizona, spending most of her time growing up in the small rural town of Clay Springs.

It was while she was attending the small country school in Clay Springs, that she read her first "big" book at the age of eight. It was a Nancy Drew novel and Lacey was instantly hooked. She read every book that she could find in the series and decided that she wanted to write stories too.

Lacey spent a lot of time at the library from that time forward, even volunteering in her later teen years and early twenties. She would don a crazy clown outfit for the Friends of the Library fundraisers in an effort to help get the new town library built.

When she and her husband moved away from the area, Lacey took the opportunity to take some creative writing classes at the local college to help further along her interests. Several years later, they were blessed with the opportunity to move back to Clay Springs with their family. The town had finally succeeded in building their library and Lacey had the opportunity to be President of the Friends of the Library for a very short time, before relocating.

Lacey and her family still live in the White Mountains of Arizona, where she continues to write young adult novels that have a fantasy/fairytale or paranormal bent to them, as well as being sure to include a great romantic storyline

Review Of Allure By Lacey Weatherford I bought a copy of Allure

Review Of Allure By Lacey Weatherford

I bought a copy of Allure just before midnight last night. I started reading it just after and I stayed up all night reading it because I just
couldn't put it down. I actually still haven't gone to be....lol. Lacey does not disappoint, her characters act their age which helps make the
    story believable and relatable.

Brooklyn Hall walks into Inked Edges determined to get a tattoo. Only one problem with her plan, she is only seventeen which means
she needs a parents consent. Brooklyn's brother Tommy always told her if she wanted to get a tattoo she should go see Six at Inked
Edges. She has had a crush on Six for a year now but Brooklyn doesn't even feel like she is a blip in his radar.

Trey "Six" Jagger was smitten with Brooklyn Hall the very first time he saw her outside his best friend Tommy's house, that is until he
learned she was sixteen. Now a year later she walks into his place of business looking for him to give her an illegal tattoo. Now that
Brooklyn has popped back into his life Six wants the chance to spend some time with her.

What starts off innocent at first turns into a wild ride of stolen moments and all consuming passion. There are only problems with their
relationship; 1) Brooklyn is only seventeen and 2) If her father finds out there is no place in Las Vegas for Six to hide.

There is so much more to this story but anything else I could say would ruin this story for you. I am so looking forward to the next new
book from Lacey Weatherford. If she keeps writing fantastic books like Allure than my wallet is going to be seriously hurting in the near
future. On a scale from 1-10 I give Allure a resounding 10. If you are looking for a story with young love, SUPER HOT tattoo artist/exotic
dancer, hint of danger, or even a little Romeo and Juliet type feel than Allure is the book for you. I encourage everyone Adult 18+ to run
out and buy a copy of Allure. Let Six and Brooklyn tell you their side of the story before you decide their relationship is taboo.

I absolutely loved reading this steamy novel that didn't have to

I absolutely loved reading this steamy novel that didn't have to be erotic to elicit those feel good, lovey feelings.  I fell in love with Six and Brooklyn from the very beginning.   Brooklyn is a typical teenager with the exception of who her father is; the Mayor.  Six is a tattoo artist and male dancer/stripper.  I thought to myself.....shallow characters, but they are far from being that.  Six has been shaped by his past which has been filled with grief and survival.  He works hard, doing what he loves, and he is good at it.  He has had an interest in Brooklyn for a while but has not acted on it because of her age.  One night she walks into his tattoo shop and on another, into the club where he works.  They try to talk it slow but the chemistry between them just keeps getting stronger.  With their friends help, they meet in secret and hide their relationship from her parents, especially her father who would not approve.  The reader will find themselves rooting for them.  When the past comes back and things come to light, will they be able to survive it or not ?

The first 100 pages were wonderful, sweet, entertaining. I adored Brooklyn and Six. There was flirting, romance and they sizzled. The second 100 pages were disappointing. The
Characters seemed to stall and I found myself skimming to the end. It just seemed rushed and incomplete.

    Ok if you're a teenager

I would recomend it for a younger crowd. The writing is bland at times, but the story outside the romance was interesting.

    4.95 Stars

Want a sweet and sexy read where there are “no head games, no playing hard to get,” AND there’s Six Jagger— tattoo artist by day and exotic dancer by night! Allure is a great story about trust, communication, and faithfulness.

Set in/around Las Vegas, Brooklyn Hall, 17, seeks out tattoo artist Trey “Six” Jagger, 22, when she wants a tattoo done to honor the memory of her brother, Six’s friend, who has recently died in a hit and run. Six has been attracted to Brooklyn since the first time he saw her and the feeling is mutual.

There are a lot of sweet moments and some fun ones too. I’m not normally crazy about stories where a stripper is one of the lead characters but Six pulls it off magnificently and what he does at the show makes him all the more hotter. Seriously, you’ll need a fan when reading that part. It’s cute and sexy all in one. In the acknowledgements, the author states that the book got a little steamier than she intended but I’m glad it did. She did a great job with the steam factor while not making it feel like a total lust fest. Six and Brooklyn have really strong and deep feelings for each other.

Despite her age, Brooklyn is mature, but her father doesn't see it that way. Brooklyn’s father is the corrupt town mayor, and there’s is a tad bit of mystery/suspense involving the extent of his dirty and possibly dangerous dealings.

I do wish the end would have been a little longer. There is no epilogue and a few lingering questions of where he went and what he does with his careers.

Told from Six and Brooklyn’s alternating 1st person POV, it is a stand alone book. No cliffhanger. HEA

Allure!!! Lacey Weatherford spins a silky web of such enchantment, that it leaves you breathless and full of bliss.
The story starts out with Brooklyn going to a get a illegal tattoo, to remember her brother Tommy, whom was
killed in a hit and run. Six is not only the artist whom does her ink, he was friends with Tommy. Both Brooklyn
and Six were attracted to each other well before they officially met.. I don't want to give any spoilers but I will
say I enjoyed Bailey, Brandon, and Dee Dee's friendship and loyalty to both Brooklyn and Six!!!
I loved the action, and the romance, and of course all that hot sex, that Lacey Weatherford incorporated
into a spell binding, pleasurable ride!!! Thank you Lacey Weatherford, for another amazing read!!!

    Six <3

This was a hot and steamy romance about two young people who typically wouldn't meet and fall in love. This book was truly amazing. You can't help, but fall in love with Six and Brooklyn. They are perfect for each other from the start.

    Super Hot!!
This book was awesome! Brooklyn has had a crush on her older brother’s sexy friend Six for a while now. When her brother dies she goes to Six and asks him to tattoo her in memory of her brother. Six has also liked Brooklyn for a while now but hasn’t acted on his attraction because he five years older than Brooklyn. The problem is now that he has tattooed Brooklyn he can’t get her out of his mind. Six and Brooklyn are tired of fighting the attraction and when they get together it is Hot! This book has it all, hot romance, mystery, and humor. I could not put this book down until I finished reading it!

Allure by Lacey Weatherford is not only hot but alluring. The author has outdone herself with this one. Six is hot and sexy all wrapped in a bow of delicious tattoos. He's the bad boy but one with a heart and his heart belongs to someone that is out of reach. Lacey doesn't disappoint, like with all her other books her characters and story grabbed my heart and pulled me along for the ride. Read the book to find out why Six is called six trust me it's the million dollar question.
