The AMC has given me something no other fitness book has; inner-self improvement. Yes, it did help me to improve my body drastically, but the change in attitude is what sets this book apart. I feel like I was guided to rediscover the beast within and now I have let him run free after years of captivity. The workouts, meals and motivation are all fantastic. I highly recommend this book to any red-blooded man out there looking to get their Alpha Male swagger back! MF

Tired of the same old and boring routines, this one is great...it combines a periodization training model approach, exercises are intense and keeps you challenging your body the entire 10 weeks!!

if anyone is shopping for a holiday gift for a husband, father, uncle, grandfather, or big brother, I highly recommend this book! The Alpha Male Challenge filled with must know fitness information, diet tips and workouts for men over 30. It truly is one of a kind and could be the spark that a loved-one needs to get in the gym and make awesome gains in this coming new year.

Very insightful and well thought out, comprehensive program. James and Rick bring a compliment of skills and experience most single authors simply cannot. For anyone looking to get in better shape, or increase their game, this book is a must read!

This is an innovative book for today's man. James and Rick, with their extensive knowledge in the subject of fitness and strength training provide the reader with ammunition (and a plan) to improve the quality of their life. Yes, its hard work. Yes, it requires discipline. But we are talking about YOUR LIFE here and its important for us men to stay healthy, and to stay strong.  I appreciate all  the research that James and Rick have dedicated to this book. All we have to do is read it and put into action. Studies have shown for years that fit men attain more success in their careers and handle the every day stresses of life better. I want to be that type of man. Its difficult...it takes discipline...but its worth it. Thanks James and Rick for a great plan.

Best program out there....I am a walking billboard. I am an avid gym enthusiast and had not been able to lose weight. I went to many different specialists and no one could assist me. This program makes sense and finally worked. It is easy to follow and has incredible lifestyle tips as well. I am forever grateful to my friend for suggesting that I try this program. Thank you!! I bought this book for my then fiance, now husband because he was stuck in a rut in almost all areas of his life. He wasn't sure where to go with his training or diet and it was bringing him down elsewhere too. I thought the Alpha Male Challenge would be a great way for my husband to get back on track and make some changes to his life. It's not easy to buy your husband a book, but he was receptive and gave it a try. And it worked! My husband used many of the tools and tips from the Alpha Male Challenge and stronger than ever in the gym. I love it! I would suggest anyone buy this book for the man in their life. It's a great holiday gift too!
