Excellent, clear, articulate, and easy, for the beginning student, while perfect refresher to the seasoned teacher. Depicts subtle differences in spoken Spanish, from different areas of the globe. Excellent reference for the student and teacher.

I found the layout of the lessons easy to follow. The vocabulary is good, while interesting. The culmination of alphabet with descriptive, yet simple examples of the Spanish pronunciation, adds to the ease of the lessons.

This all comes together in a natural and easy flowing format. Each chapter encourages one to continue, while instilling confidence as we see our progress blossoming. The tests are an encouraging method to applaud, and shout approval, even for the slow learner.

The teacher gives the impression he is there with you, to encourage, and cheer you on through each chapter. Little pieces of information about the colloquialisms, and contemporary language, make this a progressive and successful experience.

The examples of phrases and sentences which are used are far more interesting than I have found in other well known language text books. When you are studying the type of information that you actually can use every day, the feeling you arrive at is a fulfilling and truly vital understanding of the entire concept.

Displaying the diverse speech patterns, and phrases of different countries, is a useful, while enlightening array of instruction.

Thank you Dr. Zlotchew for having made my learning a desirable and enjoyable journey.

With sincere gratitude, I remain a happy student.

    Thorough and Easy to Understand

After reading the first chapter I could speak any Spanish word. There are 24 chapters that cover basically everything you need to know. There is an explaination for nearly everything and there are many examples which makes it easier to remember things. I can now understand my coworkers and watch movies in Spanish and I'm only on chapter 7!
