"The zaniest, most hilarious alphabet book ever."—Baby Talk Magazine.
Children's Literature
It's the ABCs with a large dose of humor and pizzazz. Starting with a line of ants marching with American flags, the text moves through the alphabet and features a horse on a house, penguins in parachutes, and closes with a zebra playing a zither. For each letter, there is a statement that features an animal or a person with an object that begins with the same letter. The illustrations in this silly, sturdy board book are really amusing. I was looking for a simple letter book for my 2 year old, and you don't get more basic than this. Helps her associate the letter with the illustration and short caption anyway.
