Dr Small writes in a very readable and comforting style. He addresses an issue that is on many minds as we age giving examples and ideas as well as "tests" to evaluate one's current mental status.

This book gives you day to day things you can do to prevent the onset of early Alzheimer's. There are no miracle cures. This book explains why you need to make changes in your life. This is an excellent book. It explains the reasons why we should make changes in our lives to avoid or delay the onset of Alzheimer's. I bought this book to read because my mother is elderly. After reading the book I realize it is never too early or too late to make the changes in our life style. This book is going to help me out just as much as my mom.Was this review helpful?
