I was disappointed in all the advertising so I canceled my subscription before the free trial was up. Thank you Barnes & Noble for making the cancel such an easy process.

Who knows if it's worth reading because I couldn't get past the ads!

Nice magazine, but it finally dawned on me that Vitamin Shoppe's logo was on every ad in this publication...OK 99%. Very suspect, I felt like this should be one of those free pubs you get when you walk into some Health food stores. An infomercial you can hold in your hand. So hard to find a decent health magazine.

I felt as if the articles were written with the ads they were going to run in mind.

This magazine is filled with way too many ads and not enough articles/recipes/valid information. I wanted to enjoy it but it just wasn't for me. I'll be unsubscribing. I would like to see more in depth articles please!
