I've been waiting a good long while for Joel Rafael to produce

I've been waiting a good long while for Joel Rafael to produce an album that puts him out in front of a tight, rockin' band. This compilation of new and old Rafael creations, co-creations (Joel and Woody G, no less), covers (including an enthusiastic tip of the hat to Jack Tempchin), and collaborations (David Crosby and Graham Nash on the title track) should delight his fans, and create accessibility to a wider audience. Crossover, anyone?

As with all of Rafael's output, the production values of this new disc are outstanding; his talents as an audio engineer give him the ability to collaborate effectively with the recording staff to produce a clear, crisp sound. He speaks their language!

Put it in your CD machine and PLAY IT LOUD.
