Editorial Reviews

April Judge
This handsome book offers an overview of the facts and folklore surrounding alligators and their family, the crocodilians. The informative text, which discusses the habits and life cycle of the cold-blooded animals, is complemented by the well-chosen full-color photographs that appear on almost every page. Photos of baby alligators hatching out of their shells are particularly riveting. This will be useful for school assignments but should easily attract browsers as well.
