Watermelon Frappe

What you need:

4 cups diced watermelon, without seeds

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated

1 bottle (12 ounces) ginger ale

What to do:

1. Put the first 3 ingredients into blender and whirl until frothy.

2. Pour mixture into a pitcher.

3. Add ginger ale to the pitcher and stir.

4. Pour into tall glasses filled with ice cubes.

Makes about 5 cups
