    My kids love the things I have made!

    I have really enjoyed this book. I didn't know how to crochet (other than a chain!) when I bought it, but it looked easy enough from looking through it. I decided I would try to teach myself to crochet so I could make the cute animals, etc. in the book. I was able to figure out how to make the first project I picked (hedgehog) using just this book and some basic crochet instructions I found on the internet (knitandcrochettoday.com). Then I made a chick and an egg shell for my daughter. My son picked the cafe con leche for me to make him. Both turned out really cute. I keep buying more yarn for the additional things my kids want me to make them! I am having fun planning future projects to make as gifts.

    Gabrielle, an amateur crocheter

    This book was really awesome. I made the dog pattern for my dad and it turned out great. I also made the turtle, and it was a fast project with really clear instructions. This book also has some of the beginner skills needed and I think it is a great book for all amigurumi enthusiasts

    I have tons of crochet pattern books, but of all of them, I think this is definitly one I will use over and over.

    The projects are so quick and easy and Ana really out-did herself on the wonderful graphics! The pages are wonderfully illustrated, the patterns are well written and so easy to follow, they work up quickly. The array of creatures to make is great. I think this book would make a wonderful gift for anyone who crochets or who would like to learn. It's great for beginners. Bundle it with a few balls of yarn, a hook and put it all in a cute basket and you've got one awesome gift!!!
