Meet the Author

Richard Cesar writes fiction based on his own personal military experiences and those of his friends. In 1965 he was trained as a military policeman and sent to South Korea. After leaving the military, he became a mechanical engineer. Several years later became the vice president of a multinational corporation. He had the opportunity to visit Asia and Europe, and was fascinated with diverse cultures. His lust for adventure, and an insatiable desire for meaning, caused him to start writing.
