Overview

Come for a visit to Karsten Field with these Biblically inspired stories of home and family.
Best-selling author George Michael Loughmueller goes back to Karsten Field for a new serialized novel. Almost eight years after his journey began, Allan and Mary now have two children, Benjamin and Ruth, in their Amish Home.
In Volume 6 –Touched by Fire, Allan’s oldest son, Brett, is faced with a spiritual crisis. He has found material success, but discovers an emptiness in his heart. Haunted by dreams of the barn fire he ignited more than ten years ago, Brett is forced to make a decision. He thinks it is time to go home.
Brett’s long-time girlfriend does not feel the same. She thinks it is time they go their separate ways. Will a trip to Karsten Field help them find the right path?

About George Michael Loughmueller :
Best-selling author George Michael Loughmueller is a descendant of German heritage. Finding joy in being a husband and father, he is known by his friends as "Laughing George" because of his cheerful disposition and the pronunciation of his last name.

With his first series, Set Free: An Amish Journey, Loughmueller told the story of a man who leaves everything behind to begin a new life. A work of fiction, some of the events in that story were inspired by the unique stories of the author's grandfather. Loughmueller plans to offer more Amish and Christian stories based in Karsten Field in the near future.
