A very short book, written like a magazine article. Good example of how military identifies a need, industry tries to satisfy it and then it falls apart when unrealistic conditions applied are applied to the project to save money (i.e. keep up with M-1 tank but use M-48 hull or use jet fighter radar that is confused by ground clutter).
