A great introduction to hypnosis and positive theraputic approaches. A thoroughly enjoyable and informative read. Very clearly written for the beginner and some great information for the more experienced hypnotherapist. I have been a clinical hypnotherapist for a number of years now and am always eager to learn new approaches and techniques. A fantastic book for the collection.

This is one of those books that has such an easy conversational style that you don't realise how much you've picked up at the end! Really informative and interesting, especially for a novice like myself. I'd think that this would be a really good starting point even for someone who wanted to get into hypnosis/hypnotherapy seriously. For me it was a great read!

As someone who didn't know much about hypnosis to start with I was looking for a good introduction and this book is exactly what I needed. It is very well written and conversational in tone but provides a huge amount of fascinating information about the history, theory, methods and applications of hypnosis and hypnotherapy. I can't really imagine a better introduction to the subject and I would recommend it to anyone.
