This book had a hard time holding my interest. It had good info but was to much to the point, this is how its done feel. That feeling really turned me off. But worth a read it does have great info.

A short 34 pages , but overall a lot of good advice for beginning meditation . I liked it!

Easy introduction to learn meditation. I teach stress management, and this book will be a very helpful and useful resource for guiding students to learn this inexpensive, proven, valuable tool for handling stress and leading a healthier life.
