I have studies Uyghur for 3 years in Xinjiang. I found this dictionary to be my default resource. It's not without mistakes (a few mispellings) but it's very acurate. It's complete with multiple definitions and synonyms. I has helpful word lists in the back on categories like agriculture, medicine, religion, etc. The are two downsides to this dictionary. One is that it uses it's own roman script. The author apologies for this in the preface, and at the time of the writing he was limited by what was available at that time. Having said this, the script is easy to learn, a few minutes. the other downside is the price. It's expensive. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
