Meet the Author

Melissa J. Morgan started going to sleep away camp when she was eight years old and didn't stop until her first job after grad school refused her request for eight weeks of summer vacation. She's since quit that job to become a full-time author. The only reason she didn't go back to camp is that her husband refused to join her. Melissa lives in New York with him and Bugle, their Chocolate Lab.

This book really brings out the drama between the camper. The first part of the whole story is that Natalie is flying to L.A. to visit her dad who is taking her to the Oscars. Natalie wants to take Tori to the Oscars, but then they have many big fights which turns into a big disaster! Also, Nat finds a new boy that has so much in common with her. Will she get a boyfriend, but loose her best friend? The other part of the story is that Brynn is soooooo busy with a play she is doing that may start her acting career. She is soooo busy that she doesn't have time for her boyfriend, Jordan. What will she choose- the play or Jordan? Read the book to find out.

    GREAT BOOK MELISSA!

And the Winner Is... is about when Nat posts on the Camp Lakeview blog that her dad got nominated for an oscar! Natalie gets to go to the oscars and so does tori 'because josie is filming a movie' so Nat flies to la and sees tori. But when Nat misses her plans with Tori twice, they get in a fight and Natalie takes tori's ticket back from her and gives it to reed, her dad's friend's son. His father is a movie director. But when Nat and Tori make up, Nat doesn't know what she's going to do because Tori gave her ticket away but in the end, Reed understands the situation and gives Tori her ticket back. Meanwhile, Brynn is distracted by Jordon while she's performing for a play and thinks she has made a decision about him once and for all. This decision could end up hurting Jordon and Priya. Read this book and you'll see all this drama that i'm talking about!!! Anon! 'shakespeare talk for 'later''
