    Will make you feel confident you can make major life changes

    This book really hits home for working moms and those staying at home. Moms in today's society too often put themselves last behind children, husbands and career, and as a result end up exhausted, depressed, and in poor health. Kristen Houghton does a terrific job illustrating the reasons moms behave in this way and more importantly how to make changes in life to find a more balanced lifestyle which ultimately brings more happiness to moms and their families. This is a great book and a highly recommended read for anyone looking for more happiness in their life!

    Best happiness book out there

    Kristen Houghton's book, And Then I'll Be Happy! is the best book I have read on how to make positive changes to my life and go for my goals. She's right that we need to put our own happiness first. For too long women haven't done this, no matter our educational and career advances.

    Her book is great and I highly recommend it above any others. This woman knows about life and how only we have the power to make changes.I read her column in Living News in the Huffington Post. She is right on target and her humor is a gift to all along with her practical advice. Buy this book, you will be glad you did. I am.

    And Then I'll Be Happy! is fantastic!

    Kristen Houghton is a masterful writer who garners our attention with the true stories of women who willingly postponed their happiness for others. She takes on their journey allowing us glimpses into lives that are quite similar to ours or others we know. After we read their stories Houghton gives a key 101 solutions to help us avoid the same pitfalls or to help us leave unhappy situations and make major changes. There's no psycho-babble, no bull just girlfriend friendly advice and solid thoughts. I also like that we do find out how the women's stories end and what they are now doing at the end of the book. Buy this book and you will be happy!

    And Then I'll Be Happy! is solid, girlfriend therapy

    I love this book! Finally, someone tells us it is alright to put our own happiness first! Kristen Houghton is the absolute best when it comes to writing about women and the problems we face in putting ourselves first on our priority list. She is a master story-teller, taking true life stories of women she has interviewed and adding down-to-earth modern solutions that make a helluva lot of sense. She does it with humor and style. You need to get this book and read it through. It will become your "happiness bible." It is that good.
    I gave a copy to my mom and bought two more for friends. They all feel the same way I do. A great book, a terrific read, and the best no-nonsense advice out there.
