This is one of the best books I have read about how to make positives changes in your life. I did sabotage my own happiness by always being available to help everyine else succeed in their lives wjile completely neglecting mine. Kristen Houghton's book is witty, sensitive, and right on target. It is like having your own personal therapist in book form. I love her easy reading style and her solid advice. My advice? Buy this book!
